All Royalton Youth Travel Baseball Coaches are required to:

​

1.) Pass a BCA background Check

2.) Pass Concussion Training

 

All Coaches will need to complete the two consent forms located to the right.  Please complete the forms, have them notarized and give them to the Board Secretary before practice begins:

1. Child Protection Consent Form

2. Predatory Offender Consent Form

Once completed, the two forms will be mailed to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.  The MN BCA will send the results to Royalton Youth Travel Baseball.  If there are any findings, the Board will discuss the issue and notify the coach of the final decision.

If a coach wishes to see his results, he must email a request to the board at royaltonyouthtravelbaseball@gmail.com.

Coaches are required to keep their concussion training certificate with them in the dugout.

All Royalton Youth Travel Baseball Coaches are required to:

Once Completed all forms must be turned into a board member to be mailed to the MN BCA. If there are any findings/issues the Board will discuss them and notify the prospective coach of the final decision

Coaches are required to keep their concussion training certificate, copies of their official roster and team member birth certificates with them at all tournaments.
